My path has taken me from creative foundations into designing for manufacturing improvement platforms-proof that good design transcends industries.

I also volunteer my skills for platforms supporting children with special educational needs.

I start my work by understanding why things happen - through user interviews, stakeholder discussions, analytics, and behaviour research. I uncover pain points and opportunities that guide meaningful, human-centered solutions rather than assumptions.
